Manufacturing Solutions
Manufacturing deliverables provide NC programs for machining operations done on milling center, lathes and wire cut machines with complete shopfloor documentation. Manufacturing Solutions include tool Path Generation (NC/CNC Codes) and simulation using CAD Models for milling upto 5-axis. Software used includes ProEngineer and Unigraphics, which are currently leading software for all types of manufacturing activities.

Reverse Engineering

Addressing the need of the industries to build new designs and enhancements using physical models, prototypes and parts we offer reverse engineering techniques using data from physical components and curve & points data from CMM for developing component 3d models, Rapid Prototypes and inspection of physical models with CAD models.

We specialize in reverse engineering and successfully completed projects involving digitized data, which were converted to surfaces. Later these surfaces were used to modify the existing design.

Legacy Data Conversion
Parametric, feature based digital 3d CAD models can be modeled from your existing 2d drawings or 2d cad drawings. We can also convert IGES, VDA, Step and other formats 3d models file into ProEngineer or Unigraphics 3d models. 3d models are validated for standards and customer approved Quality checks. Our teams expertise is in building high quality models with capability upto class A surfacing, top down designing techniques, handling and modeling assemblies with capturing design intent and styling design concepts.
Experts impart training on Pro/engineers and Unigraphics. Methodological approach, with emphasis on problem solving. Ample study material and courseware is provided during the training.
