Senior Tool Design Engineers/ Group Leader

Needs to have expertise in 3D tool design of plastic molds/die casting dies OR sheet metal stamping dies for components of Automobile /white goods industry. Needs to have enough hands on experience on CAD/CAM softwares like Pro/Engineer, Unigraphics OR Catia to be able to train & lead a group of engineers. Needs to handle tool design projects independently- from understanding customers requirements to execution & delivery of projects.

Qualifications : DME/ DTM/PDTD/ BE with min. 3 years to 6 years experience in Tool Design.

Industrial Designer

Fresh candidate from IDC/NID OR having 1 or 2 years experience in design of mechanical components in appliance/automobile/consumer/general engineering industry can apply. Candidates should be capable of generating new concepts & 3D surfacing in any CAD software preferably in Pro/E & Unigraphics.

CAE Engineer-moldflow

For mold flow analysis for plastic components required in automobile/white goods industry. Candidates having 1 or 2 years experience in moldflow/moldex3D can apply.

CAE Engineer-FEA

For validating product designs of plastic/metal components/mechanisms required in automobile/white goods/engineering industry. Candidates having 1 or 2 years experience in ANSYS/Cosmosworks/Pro-Mechanica can apply.

Toolroom Engineer/Manager

For handling/managing TOOLROOM for manufacturing of plastic moulds & die casting dies. Should be able to understand mold designs, plan the process of mold manufacturing, distribute & get the work done on shopfloor & vendors. Candidate will be responsible for quality of machining & delivery of molds. DME/BE/ Post Diploma in Tool Design from CITD/NTTF/GTTC/IGTR, having MIN. 3 years to 6 years experience in manufacturing of injection/compression/blow molds for Auto/appliance components.

Press Tool Designers

DME/ITI/ Post Diploma in Tool Design candidates from CITD/NTTF/GTTC/IGTR, having min. 2 years experience in design of Draw/ Trim/ Pierce/ CAM pierce/ Flanging dies for Automobile components in UNIGRAPHICS/ PRO/E OR Catia.

CNC Programmers

Should be able to plan the process of machining, generate NC tool path for CNC milling on Unigraphics, Pro/Engineer or any other CAM software. DME/ITI machinists candidates having min 1 year to 3 years experience can apply.

CADCAM Trainers/Tutors

For assisting/conducting training sessions on Pro-Engineer & Unigraphics. Candidates having min. 1 years experience in CAD training centres can apply.

Marketing Engineer

For marketing & sales of engineering services, plastic molds & die casting dies. Needs to prepare & deliver presentations for different categories of customers- automobile/ consumer/white goods etc. for various portfolios like- product design/ tool design/reverse engineering & mold manufacturing.

Candidates having min. 1 years to 3 years experience in marketing/sales of engineering services/molds can apply.

Trainee CAD/CAM Engineers

Fresh DME candidates can apply.

ITI Mechanical Draughtsman

Freshers OR having 1 or 2 yrs exp. in detailing of mold/die designs can apply.

Tool & Die Makers

ITI/ DTDM from CITD/NTTF/GTTC/IGTR -Freshers OR having 1 or 2 yrs exp. in assembly/fitting of mold/dies can apply.
